Welcome to our HYROX-based group class designed to push your limits, this unique workout incorporates 8 functional fitness stations—ranging from running and rowing to sled pushes and burpees—designed to mimic real-world movement patterns. Whether you’re a beginner or an athlete, our HYROX-inspired classes are perfect for anyone looking to train for your first race, to improve your time based on a previous race or to simply increase your endurance and build strength.

”It’s hard to express how much passion I have for this launch. This coaching program was inspired by watching and cheering all the people that we helped coach in Toronto do their first HYROX.

One thing I’ve learned from doing this competition first hand is that your weaknesses are your biggest hurdle. We will identify and address these opportunities and create a personalized program to help you strengthen that area to have you competing at your best.
