I’m Cesar Sanabria — a performance coach, endurance athlete, and community builder who genuinely believes movement can change how we show up in every part of life. My coaching philosophy has always been simple: fitness isn’t just about the gym — it’s about building a version of yourself that’s capable, confident, and prepared for whatever life throws your way.

My background started in sport through soccer at the college level, but over time I fell in love with hybrid performance — strength, endurance, and the mental resilience that comes from pushing both. Since 2023 I’ve competed in endurance races including half marathons, Marathons, HYROX competitions, and Ironman 70.3’s.

Professionally, I’ve coached in group fitness, performance training, and community-focused wellness spaces including Archetype, Runaway Workout Club, and House of Lagree. I’ve also been proud to serve as a lululemon Ambassador, where my focus was bringing people together through movement, connection, and shared growth.

Community, to me, means creating spaces where people feel seen, supported, and challenged at the same time. It’s not just working out together — it’s building accountability, friendships, confidence, and a sense that you don’t have to pursue growth alone. Some of the most meaningful moments in my career have come from watching people realize they’re capable of more than they thought.

If you train with me, expect intentional coaching, energy, structure, and real connection. I care about performance, but I care just as much about mindset, consistency, and helping you build habits that last beyond any single program or race.

    Whether you are trying to beat your personal best, or are just get in shape, private 1 on 1 sessions are the optimal way to stay on top of your fitness and get the maximum impact from training.

  • Starting at $540/Month

    Impact offers partner training to those able to sync schedules with someone else looking to sign-up. These sessions are limited to 2-3 people with similar goals.

  • 12 Sessions : $660

    24 Sessions : $1320
