“Difficulties strengthen the mind, as labor does the body.”

I’m an entrepreneur in music and tech, and like most people with a lot going on, there were stretches where training was the first thing I’d let slide. And every time I did, I felt it. Not just physically — mentally. My focus was off. My mood was off. Everything felt heavier than it needed to.

Training brings me back.

I coached for two years at Champs Boxing Studio, and I’ve done four HYROX races so far. But honestly, the race isn’t the point. It’s just a date. The part that matters is the work leading up to it — showing up, doing hard things on purpose, and getting a little better over time.

Somewhere along the way, I stopped caring so much about aesthetics and started caring more about capability. Feeling strong. Clear-headed. Grounded. At 44, I’m in the best shape of my life, not because I’m chasing perfection — just because I’ve stayed consistent.

What’s mattered most, especially in tougher seasons, is the people. Community changes everything. Impact has been that kind of place for me, and coaching here is my way of giving that back.

My style is simple: structured sessions, clear goals, measurable progress — and a room that has your back while you build.

    Whether you are trying to beat your personal best, or are just get in shape, private 1 on 1 sessions are the optimal way to stay on top of your fitness and get the maximum impact from training.

  • Starting at $540/Month

    Impact offers partner training to those able to sync schedules with someone else looking to sign-up. These sessions are limited to 2-3 people with similar goals.

  • 12 Sessions : $660

    24 Sessions : $1320

    36 Sessions : $1980
