I began training with Ivan over 2 years ago and haven’t looked back since! I am in the best shape of my life and am stronger than I ever imagined I could be. I’m struggling to put into words how much training with Ivan has changed my life. I think of the person I was when I first started, my self confidence was at an ultimate low, I felt terrible physically and the goal of losing 10 lbs seemed unattainable. With Ivan’s unconditional support, patience (through all my complaints- trust me there were many) and the motivation he gave, I was able to achieve things I never thought possible. After 3 months, I have lost nearly 20 lbs (double our goal) but more importantly, I feel stronger not only physically but also mentally and emotionally. I have developed better self awareness for making healthy choices when it comes to my eating habits and living an active lifestyle, which  I know I will practice for the rest of my life. All the laughs, insightful conversations during our sets (he’s basically a therapist) and every time he tells me my eyebrows are fine after I worry I’ve sweat them off is just the cherry on top.
